At WHSV we don't just restore & respray bodywork, re-trim interiors, rebuild engines and whatever else it takes to transform a dearly loved vehicle back to it's former glory. We are so passionate about your project, you would believe it belonged to us!. Everything we do get's 110% effort and no detail is missed so you can be sure we are all singing from the same book every step of the project.

We also supply parts and components and have full workshop facilities for rebuilds, full and part restorations, chassis repairs on a chassis jig, MOT, mechanical rebuilds, rewiring and all electrical work. We also have the ability to fabricate unavailable panels & parts if the need arises although preffering to source first.

Take a look at our recent completion of the original Porsche Gulf race transporter, a 1970 Mercedes, discovered in a sorry state now having had a rather meticulous restoration at WHSV.

Case study : The ROFGO Gulf Collection.

The ROFGO Gulf Collection by Duncan Hamilton is surely the most remarkable accumulation of globally-significant racing cars to be assembled for many years. It has been created by Duncan Hamilton Co.'s Chairman, Adrian Hamilton, to satisfy the passion and vision of one of his private clients, and comprises no less than 22 of the most prominent sports racers and single-seaters ever to compete in the legendary colours of Gulf Oil.

To make the collection complete there was a certain piece missing... The transporter.

The original transporter was located in California on a farm looking very sorry for itself and painted in it's last livery for Rothmans Porsche. The transporter was shipped over to us to be restored back to it's original condition and team livery in order for it to take it's position within the collection.
